How Ampoly handles the information you share with us — in plain language, no legalese.

What we collect

Demo requests. When you request a demo, we collect your name, your work email, and the consultants-on-billing range you pick. That is the whole form — nothing else.

Your workspace data. If your firm uses Ampoly, the ledger holds the business records you and your team enter or import — clients, placements, timesheets, payroll reports, invoices. This belongs to your firm and is kept isolated per tenant.

Basic technical logs. Like any web service, our servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and the page requested) to keep Ampoly running and secure.

How we use it

Demo requests: only to reply to you and arrange the demo.

Workspace data: only to run the ledger for your firm — the reconciliation and reporting you signed up for.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Demo requests are email-only

A demo request reaches our team as an email. We do not keep demo requests in a marketing or lead database, and we never add you to an automated marketing list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers we need to run Ampoly (for example, our cloud hosting provider), and only as far as needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep demo-request emails only as long as we need them to follow up. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your firm's workspace data is kept while your firm uses Ampoly and is exportable at any time. On request, or when an account closes, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@ampoly.com and we will take care of it.
